Paul Flanagan: One of the most recognized names in women’s collegiate hockey after leading St. Lawrence University to four consecutive NCAA Frozen Four appearances….His 6 total NCAA appearances rank second in the nation among coaches…. Syracuse University women’s hockey coach since March of 2008….The 2010 CHA (College Hockey America) Coach of the Year….Led his team to a second consecutive CHA Championship in 2011….In February of 2013 he became only the sixth NCAA Division One coach in history to win 300 career games and has compiled a career record of 321-183-41….Internationally Flanagan has  coached multiple USA Women’s Select and National teams.

 
Andrea Kilbourne-Hill: Head Coach of the Women's hockey program at Paul Smith's College. Former Head Coach of the Girls hockey team at Northwood School. After graduating from Northwood, Andrea attended Princeton University where she captained the Tigers to their most victories in a single season. While at Princeton, Andrea was twice a finalist for the Patty Kazmaier Award which recognizes the most outstanding female college hockey player. Andrea has played on numerous junior and senior United States National teams. She was a member of the 2002 Olympic Team and won a silver medal in the 19th Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. Andrea has earned a level four certificate in the USA Hockey coaching certification program, serves as a coordinator for New York Amateur Hockey Association and has evaluated at numerous USA Hockey district evaluations.

 
Eliza Kelley: Head Coach of the Becker College women's hockey program since its inception in July 2014. In her tenure, Kelley has led the Hawks to three consecutive CHC Tournament appearances. Prior to Becker, Kelley spent four years as the full-time assistant coach for her alma mater, Utica College. She helped guide the Pioneers to a 56-43-6 overall record during that period and a national ranking of 9th in 2014. Kelley also works closely with USA Hockey as an evaluator and player development coach for the Pacific, Rocky Mountain, Northern Plains, and New England districts.

 
Megan Myers: Current Assistant Coach of the Women’s hockey team at Becker College. Myers holds an impressive hockey resume at both the DIII and professional level. Current captain of the Worcester Blades of the Canadian Women’s Professional Hockey League (CWHL) and winner of the Clarkson Cup in 2015. Myers played her collegiate hockey at Utica College, where she netted 74 goals and 69 assists for a total of 143 career points in 104 games. Her impressive offensive skill earned her a spot in the NCAA record books for career goals (22nd all-time).

 
Jordan Juron: Current player for the Buffalo Beauts of the National Women's Hockey League. Juron played her college hockey at Boston University for the Terriers. Playing at the school from the 2012-13 season through 2015-16, she appeared in a 141 games. Through those four years she compiled 15 goals and 25 assists for 40 points.
