Event Coordinator - Full-Time Lake Geneva, WI
CAN/AM is looking for an employee to join a small, energetic, loyal team dedicated to providing our customers with the most memorable hockey events in the industry.We offer a casual, team focused atmosphere that gives employees latitude to bring their individual skills to bear, allowing for tremendous personal and career growth.
Responsibilities:
-Plan, organize, and execute tournament and camp operations
-Establish and meet deadlines for event preparation
-Work with a team to coordinate all event information
-Service and sell new and existing clientele
-Travel and Implement on-site event operations
-Manage on-site event staff
-Develop efficiencies and strategies to enhance customer service experience
-Implement marketing strategies
-Complete special projects as assigned
Requirements:
-Four-year college degree from an accredited university
-Minimum two years of event coordination experience
-Goal oriented and an excellent self-starter
-Strategic and creative thinker for organization and clients
-Ability to tend to details and adhere to deadlines
-Strong aptitude and desire for extreme customer service
-Ability to motivate and cooperate with others
-Willingness to travel
