PACKAGE EXPLANATION

CAN/AM's Challenge Cup Tournaments are Package Tournaments. Prices are charged on a per person basis depending on the number of Adults and Players in each room. This per person cost includes hotel accommodations, meals, the tournament fee, and all of the package benefits listed for the tournament your team selects. All tax and gratuity is included in prices. The price is per person for the weekend. There are no additional fees.

In Lake Placid, the Package includes 4 days and 3 nights accommodations and all tournament features.

To calculate costs for either package, add the number of adults and players in a room. This determines the occupancy i.e. 2 adults + 1 player = triple occupancy. Once you know the occupancy, simply add the corresponding per person cost for each adult and player in that room. All rooms must contain at least one Adult. Non-player Minors do not affect occupancy. Non-player Minor pricing is a constant rate, regardless of the room occupancy.  Non-player minors ages 6-17 receive all of the same package benefits as Adults and Players. Minors stay with Parent(s) in existing bed space. Minors age 5 and under stay free and do not receive any package benefits.

RATE CHART EXPLANATION
Quad: Any combination of four adults and players.
Triple: Any combination of three adults and players.
Double: Two adults or one adult and one player.

Prices are per person for the whole weekend and include applicable taxes and gratuities. There are no additional team or entry fees. All tournament fees are included in the package fees.

TEAM DEPOSIT

A non-refundable $500 deposit will be charged to your credit card when your registration is accepted. The $500 team deposit is not an extra fee.  If you paid the team deposit, you can apply it to your balance or it can be divided between the families. Please contact one of our customer service representatives to discuss your options more fully.

HOTEL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

TESTIMONIALS

I just wanted to take a moment and recognize the CAN/AM staff on a job well done this past weekend. I had so many amazing comments from the parents on our team. Many times the staff went out of there way to make our weekend memories awesome. You guys run an excellent tourney and my family has enjoyed very much both times we have attended in Lake Placid. We took our son as a Bantam player and now my daughter. Memories that will last them a lifetime. Material things in life are great but don't compare to memories that can never be taken away. So my hat off to all of you for creating so many awesome memories for so many families. - Tim C.

Just wanted to say thank-you for a wonderful tournament weekend. Our team had a fantastic time. The boys bonded and came away with memories for a lifetime! - Liana F.

I want to thank you for another great CAN/AM experience!!!  The Islanders Hockey Club had an amazing time.  The boys (and parents) are still talking about it. - Jeanine C.

We had a great weekend in Lake Placid! This tournament was probably one of the best organized events our team has participated in over the years. All the staff - tournament, hotel and arena facility - were very accommodating and always pleasant. - Martha T.

Everything went great during the weekend. The Support CAN/AM provides managers to pull the travel, accommodations, and events together is the best I’ve experienced. I have been involved with youths sports for the past 12 years, CAN/AM puts on a great show up in Lake Placid. Thanks! - Joseph V.

We are already looking forward to next year!!!!! - Cory C.

On behalf of the Monroe County Eagles, I would like to thank you for a fantastic tournament!  It was bar far, the most organized, well run tournament that we have every been to!  The competition was great and it was a great experience to play not only teams from other states but Canada as well. We will surely be back again!- Cissy L.

I am sure you hear this all the time, but I wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic weekend.  It is the first time we have participated in this particular tournament and we have been recommending it since our return!  Everything from the parade of athletes to the skills and games, meals and courtesy of the hotel staff was wonderful. - Jennifer C.
